Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Wigan.

Where did you study/ work previously?
I have previously worked in a gym. I completed my level 2 and level 3 in gym instructing. I also worked in a children's residential home. I completed my level 3 social care pathway with children and young adults. I have worked in different care/support roles around the north west.

What is a typical day at MTS like for you?
Some days i can be out of the office all day with clients supporting them with their goals in the community. Keeping busy with office admin.

What’s the best thing about your role?
Being able to make a difference and improve quality of life. I want to be able to help people reach their goals.

What do you consider is your biggest achievement within your role?
Seeing clients reaching their goals.
