Where are you from?
I was born in Bolton and have lived there all my life.

Where did you study/work previously?
I attended Mount St Joseph Secondary School in Bolton.  After leaving school I went onto study at Bolton College where I studied Business Administration.  My first job was working at a small local solicitors dealing with personal injury cases.  I then left to work at Russell and Russell Solicitors where I worked in the Criminal Department for 21 years.  I decided I needed a new challenge and as my two children were of secondary school age and were getting older it was the perfect time to make that change.  I therefore took the position of Administration Assistant at Munro Therapy Services which I thoroughly enjoy.

What is a typical day at MTS like for you?
A typical day at MTS is very busy and every day is different.  My typical day is typing notes, dealing with email enquiries, arranging and booking sessions for our Clients and helping James with the more HR/finance side of the company.

What’s the best thing about your role?
The best thing about my role is every day is enjoyable and I am constantly learning new skills.  It is a very flexible workplace to work.

What do you consider is your biggest achievement within your role?

My biggest achievement to date within my role is being able to learn and adapt to a complete new IT system from which I have previously used.
